Kitty Hawk Lake Outpost Camp

Kitty Hawk is one of our most beautiful outposts, located on a sandy beach straddling Kitty Hawk and Cornpicker Lakes. In addition to extraordinary Walleye and Northern Pike fishing, guests at Kitty Hawk Outpost also have the opportunity to fish Lake Trout, a special treat. 

Kitty Hawk Outpost is located 28 air miles northeast of Red Lake (just south of Hyvee Lake), near the boundary of Woodland Caribou Provincial Park. It is the only campsite on these waters and provides a unique location where you will fish a chain of five beautiful lakes. We self-impose limits to ensure that the quality of fishing remains consistent for years to come.

Our outposts are also the perfect haven for you shutterbugs. Snap away at serene wildlife such as moose, eagles, beaver, otters, and even timber wolf.

Cabin

Kitty Hawk cabin will sleep groups as large as 4 and is equipped with hot & cold running water, large stove with an oven, full sized refrigerator, and chest freezer. You will find it fully outfitted with all of your cooking and eating utensils. A propane barbecue is available at this cabin for those who wish to grill in the great outdoors. We also have a fire pit for evening campfires to relax and take in nature’s sounds and solitude.
